Return Policy for melinda

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at melinda.help@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return. We'll guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

Return Shipping: There are no fees when returning a certain product.

Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned items and inspecting them for compliance with our return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 24 hours.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and upon verification, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
